    Daylight savings......change your SA batteries......

Always a good idea to change out those batteries in your smoke alarm.......easy to remember to do it twice a year when you have to set the clocks..........

cost me $6 today for 3 9V batteries........very insignificant cost for the safety those smoke alarms provide..........

CA- I save the old 9V. batteries and mark them as "used"-- The next time the grand kids need a 9v for one of their toys -- I have one.. Not as good as new -- but will last long enough to keep them from I'm a hero

    Great reminder to all CE

Also a good time for homeowners with electric only smoke detectors to think about changing to one with battery backup. I have been unfourtunate enough to do a recovery of an individual who's house was stuck by lightning and fried the electrical system in the house.
