Some things i added/restored to my 2000 901. I bought the boat last year and it was in pretty bad shape.
New: seats, carpet, gauges, steering wheel, LED trailer lights, LED interior lights, new livewell etc pumps, added stereo, fixed all electrical gremlins, interlinked humminbirds, new trolling motor, painted console, wrapped old faded panels and a bunch more small items

Wow... That boat looks brand new. What gauges are those and what did you use to paint your dash with?
The gauges are Faria Cheasapeke. I sandblasted the console and bow panel and then used Krylon Fusion Gloss Black. I actually did my bow panel last winter as an experiment and it lasted through the summer and still looks brand new so i decided to do the console this winter. I need to touch up the right side a little, it got a little scratched up messing with the electrical.

I absolutely love the boat have almost the same exact one besides mine is the 882! But were all those grip pads on there when u purchased it or did u get those somewhere because when I purchased mine it was ripped off and I thought I would have been able to replace it but I seriously cant find it anywhere!
oo and it that the reel grip tape on ur handles?? cuz if soo that looks great!

jazzy0017, most of mine were missing to if your referring to the non-skid pads. I bought a new mat from http://www.stewartsproducts.com and cut to size. works really well.
as for the handles the spray on product they used was all chipped and coming off so i put the rod wraps on. cant decide if i like with the rod wraps or with just the stainless showing. the rod wraps were a little pinker than i thought they would be.
