    bluewater light placement

Thinking about getting some just for compartments. Do you guys usually wire them up and test different areas for effectiveness before mounting or is prime positioning pretty obvious?
Does this question make any sense?, b/c I'm confused by reading it. Hopefully you guys get what I'm asking.

In my rod locker, for example, I mounted it roughly dead center and with the lights pointing down so I do not get super blinded when I open the lid. The same Idea could be applied to your other locations. JMHO

You can look around in this forum and find lots of pics and different mounting ideas but what is important is how you decide you want them. I would definitely hook them up first.

Im an old timer when it comes to blue water LEDS. I have found that tucking them up under the lip of a compartment gives you indirect lighting and saves your ability to see in the dark.I use blue my self but red works well also.I use blue water LEDS on everything I own.Use double sided tape to locate lights for test runs.Take your time and find where they work best.If you have questions call Mike or if I can help please feel free to contact me. You cant go wrong with Blue water LEDS.My son used Japanese lights and lost his car to fire.Dont go cheap it will cost you in the end!!!!!
