The only thing you will find at lowes is shop vac hose which makes a good, cheaper alternative to a riggin hose. I got a T & H rigging hose from babelas on closeout from cabelas but they are out.
Try your Local Boat shop if not try this .....I went to the auto parts store and bought the Hose covering dress up kit.you can get the end caps in different colors an it dont look half bad.The brushed aluminum look and it keesp your co anglers from sticking any of your cables or hoses while he is back there
Rigging hose?? is that what they are called though??
yes, If you look up T & H Rigging hose on google it should send you where you can find it. I bought one on closeout for $24 from Cabelas but that is very cheap. Here are some options for zippered sleaves and other stuff:

Thanks for the info, I was not sure what it was called, looks like Bpro has 4' for 25.99
Think i would have to replace the grommets too or should the rubber ones now be ok??
Should be okay I would think.
add some "Bling" colorhttp://www.clearstreamco.com/cscstore/vac_hose.htm
Thanks Cow...just what I was looking for...rock on..![]()
They require at least 12 ft minimum but the price is still good...
Here is what the T -H Marine zippered rigging sleeve looks like.
Looks good!!!!, but think i would like the bling affect by making it red....
how do you get the hose over your rigging hoses? do you have to unhook everything? and what do you use to keep the ends held tight?

My only thought is to cut the tubing, in the middle and slip it over the wires...dont know if it would stay or not....
Depending on your motor, Mercury now offers the kit for the older EFI motors. You will need to unhook everything and slide it through the hose and fittings, but it will make a big difference in the finished look. I plan on fabricating a fitting to replace the plastic one that is bolted to the hull of my Ranger. After I do, I'm going to send it off to be anodized to match my thru hulls. I also will be getting either a black or red hose to match the boat.![]()

Well, you could cut the tubing and then possibly use same colored zip ties at intervals along the tube.
Here's how mine came out with shop-vac hose.
