1990 200GT running hot?

I know it's summer time and all but my motor is running hot if I'm under 3800 to 4000 RPM. I have good water pressure, around 20 psi at 3500 RPM. WOT its 25 to 28 PSI. I was thinking about change the thermostats and water impeller.

Should I be looking at anything else?

Sure change them out.

Changed them Friday after work. Took it out yesterday and that was it, runnin cool again. I will be changing the water pump when I winterize it this year.
