    adjusting throttle body plates ...?...

does the throttle body plates suppose to be perfectly closed and all even when motor is just setting, and when wide open they are not all exact ,some is not open as far as others, now this is only a paper thickness difference, but some doesn't close up as far as others too , I see how I believe to adjust 'em but what does this hurt or do to motor while running, and another question when you mash the throttle just a little to up the rpms 1 or 2 hundred it drops down a 100 rpms before it goes up ,it looks like its over on the roller as far as it will go, it goes down in rpms right before it crosses over on plastic roller guide on the little hump, is this normal too??...... This is on a ficht injected 225 ho, and not carbed...

You need to do a lync and sync to get everything lined up properly! The procedure is in the manual.

Danrude, THANKS but you would think it would spit an sputter or idle to hi or too low,or not start very good, the only thing it does is at 3500 to 4000 rpms it kinda surges once in a while, just thought that was the hi octane ethonal super??

The EMM can compensate for most of the the things you are talking about. the sync and lync will allign everything up mechanically and align it to the TPS. It may not take care of the issue you are seeing but would improve performance if any part is misaligned.

Oh great thats what I need more power.....I just bought the motor like it is and slapped it on,[last summer] got most of my install info. from reading on here ,I kept my old 150 for a few months as I kept reading how unreliable they was, but so far its only took a couple relays and has more than doubled the fuel mileage plus picked up almost 20 mph on top, and it just looks so good on my boat.
