Procedure for Taking Apart PDP Box to Re-Solder ?

I tried calling several times this dfitechnologies.com company that fixes them but they don't answer their phone and just keep saying to call back later. Looks like i need to try to resolder it myself.

Has anyone out there successfully opened up the back of the PDP module ? I see a seam but trying with a razor blade it doesn't seem like it's going to be easy and i don't want to bust it.

Any advise ?

fyi.. i did speak to DFI today.. they don't think that this damage to the connector/terminal would have damaged the solder inside the PDP. He kind of talked me out of sending it in for repair. I guess i'll get the new part and pray that it works ok.
