what material to use for under seat storage?

i just got new seats and they need a spacer...is there something you guys recommend that i can get easily from lowes or home depot?

I seen one guy use a cutting board. 3m makes a pretty good double sided adhesive tape for auto trim and things you could use to try out some different materials if you dont want to drill any holes

How big of a spacer?

i wil have to measure when i get home...i would like it to go the lenght of seat if possible, almost like a square with a hole in the middle if you know what i mean. and the height is probably in the 3/4 in range....i'll get you accurate #'s tonight and i'll also measure the dash for that dash plate thing i asked you about to cover where my flasher was. thanks bait bar.
