    1984 Hydra-sport VL-485 Resto

I'm going to start a few modifications. Carpet,Deck extension,Control panel, adding cooler,Maybe new place for trolling motor batteries, and sand and buffing. My first question or really looking for opinions on new battery location. This space would be somewhat unusable once a deck extension was installed. And I don't have alot of room in back (I will take picture later to show). 24 or 26 Gallon gas tank,3 batteries, oil tank, and on-board battery charger.

    Inside of this

Control panel I want to make more leg room and maybe find a sponsor to make me a face plate. I had a black foam over it. New gauges going in.
