96 Nitro 18o tf Rebuild w/ new bluewater's :)

Bought this boat in August. Gave 1500 bux and have fixed it up pretty nice thanks to the help from the great guys @ BBC. Unfortunately I dont have before pics. I have installed new Humminbird electronics. New Minn Kota TM. Boat runs like a champ and everything works. Did a little buffing to bring out a little shine but really needs wet sanding. Will tackle that eventually.
Now for the goods:



Recessed tray with bluewater ssl's


Installed led rope lights in all bins (unfortunately before I knew about bluewater



Installed new carpet and added a flipping deck to front deck. Dont know if you can see it but I installed a stainless steel cup holder where the old flasher used to be (fit perfectly)


Removed center seat (never used) and installed a hinged dry box with treaded step. Hope to add nitro logo to carpet area between seats and install a slide in slide out bump board holder under the handle (custom made of course)

yeah i used some wood sealed and painted. for lid and inside of box. caulked box and painted inside of box also

if you dont mind where did you get the boat from? I used to fish with a buddy about 8 years ago that had that exact boat. Lost track of him with me working overseas and was wondering if that might have been his? He used to live in Helena Alabama, his name was Keith

I honestly dont know who original owner was. dealership sticker on boat is from Florida. My buddy buddy bought it is Dothan, AL about 4 years ago I bought it in August.
