This is not hard, but you'll probably need a puller of some sort to remove the rear bearing carrier. This is necessary to prevent damaging the propshaft while replacing the seals. A harmonic balancer puller works well for this if you have one. Manual cost is @ 25.00 on E-Bay.
Rear bearing carrier needs to be pulled off (easy), seals in the carrier pulled out and new seals installed, replace O ring. Coat front side of carrier with light coat of RTV and re- install. Shop manual can be purchased from your dealer. Around $50.00. Need to check your prop shaft for runout too. Welcome to the BBC.
