I used a utility knife and scored around the edges and then used a pry bar tapping it with a 16lb hammer
a good tap with a plastic hammers will usually do it.![]()

The Plastic-Rubber hammer worked for me on getting mine out![]()

thanks guys I got both of mine out today with a hammer and chisel, that stuff cracks apart like rock.![]()
