everything I have read points me to carpet that is at least as wide as your boat but you will need to go 8 to 10 feet longer than your boat to make up for the angles and odd cuts. I am getting ready to do this to my 375v in the next few weeks.

The 6' is right at the edge of being wide enough. I would go with the 8' and you will have plenty to work with. That`s what I used for my 373 and I`m glad I did. I had plenty of width to work with and had enough to do the rod locker also. As for as the length goes, you have to figure in the lips on the storage and live well lids. I went with 23' and had enough.
