removing white marks from hull

what are you guys using to remove white marks from lower part of fiberglass hull? I have little experience if you could explain. Thanks for any help.

can you explain better? is it a dark color hull with scratches?

it has red and silver in the hull

By white marks, do you mean the ones sometime left by the rubber bumper on docks? Looks like a long white smug about 1/4 inch wide? If so, mr clean magic eraser works great on them.
