carpet help needed

I bought a tr20 triton and they installed new carpet in it. The carpet is great but the bins are so tight that I have pulled the handles off getting them open. Is there something to ease the carpet down. When the carpet is wet they open easier. I was even thinking of oiling the carpet on the edge but I don't want the mess and stain. My wife can't even open the bins the carpet fits so tight.

sounds like the carpet on the doors needs to be shaved a little

Before you do any cutting, I would first check all the hinges for tightness of the screws........Mike
