Best way to restore sun damage?

I own a 1993 laser that has some sun damage to the clear coat around the drain pan where the motor attaches to the transom. The previous owner had a cover with a cut-out that didn't quite cover the whole area, hence, the sun damage. I was wondering if there was some product or process that I could use to restore the finish without having to clear coat it again. Note, the finish is not cracked or pitted but just hazy. Also, the boat is dark blue metalflake. Thanks for any advice.

    Tight Lines,
    Andrew
