I have a Ranger 520DVX that I am wanting to wax. The boat is a 2000 model and has always been garaged and is very clean and not oxidized one bit. I never waxed it but I am looking for what type of wax I should use on it. I remember a guy saying that you should not use a Carnuba based wax on a boat.
What does everyone use?
If there's no oxidation and you're just looking to maintain/improve upon the existing shine, I'd say just use Bass Boat Saver. VERY easy to use....spray on, wipe off. Smells great, too!
Anyone out there using BTS wax? I have been using it with good success. Just curious if anyone else out there likes it?

for cleaner i like BBS, for a wax i like the mcguires carnuba wax...excellent stuff.
