I also wanted to repaint my outboard the origional color, so I went to the manufacturers web page and asked for technical help and they responded the next day. Mine is a 1983 Evinrude and they gave me the color number and looks brand new. This was a project and the motor was the last part. Glad I used the origional color. Good luck.
