So this is a good buddies [Bass316] 1984 Ranger that I figured I would give him a shout out on the hard work he has been put into it. He picked this boat up for a really good price and the black max is strong. The boat needed a lot of work carpet and seats were totally worn out, box that was built for it was about a inch higher than the original floor so he build another one. So he put new black carpet in, new seats from the bassboatseats.com, new ez swivel seat attachments, new hardware for all the compartments, had to fix to soft spot in the floor cut it out and refiberglass with marine plywood. Boat is almost ready for the water needs little stuff like new spark plugs, impeller, he is also going to put in all new gauges and planning on making a new dash out of plexiglass and paint the back of it. He wet sanded and buffed the boat and soon maybe this weekend will be taking the boat to the lake to grind and paint the trailor black. Still some work left for the boat but for the age it is turning into a sweet ride. good job Brock. He has been taking photo of the project so maybe i can get him to send them to me and i can post. Also where can he get gauges for this boat at the best price? he wants white faced ones. thanks and enjoy![]()
