Complete Top Cap restore

I found this while hiding from my real job today. All I have to say is this is a novel way to save on gel coat for the top cap. Even though I might chuckle I do admire this solution to the situation.

Don't get me wrong, I have an old Champ in bad need of restoration. All I care about is the mechanics of my rig for fishing. This just sort of reminds me of my teenage years in the 70's and the completely carpeted van interiors. I just didn't see the fuzzy dice. I just had to share it with you.
