    man! this boat restoration

stuff is hard is hard work!!! Got the sanding done, recarpeted the lids, starting the gel gel coat compounding and polishing. Then I've got to carpet the floor and the sides!
If someone would have told me it would be very expensive and time consuming,I probably would have let a pro do it!
Pics to follow when project complete!

Boy oh boy do I know what you mean. I've came close to putting my tracker for sale on craigslist but now I'm making progress I dont want to stop. Its worth it. Remember hard work offers great rewards and a sharp boat in the end.

It is hard work, I just did mine and spent about 60 hours. It is well worth it but I believe I saved about $4,000.00 doing it myself. Plus I think with all the time and effort I put into it it will add a little of paranoia factor to my boat to not let it look like it did ever again.
