    quick question

I'm wanting to get out on the boat this sat. because the weather is supposed to be nice here, but i have an aereator pump w/ a small crack in it. I don't want to spend the money to replace it as I am leaving for Colorado in two weeks. So my question is, has anyone here ever put like bondo or some kind've bonding material on a crack on a pump. I believe it's just a hairline crack and there's no real water pressure on it and I don't intend on using the aereator this weekend? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

will def. try. it's a pretty small crack but it sure does let some water in quick. Of course this is only a temporary fix until winter vacation is over.

Some 5 minute epoxy will fix it right up. Had that happen ,epoxyed it and used it like that for two years. Silicone will work fine short term also.

What about some pvc glue. Use a small paint brush to apply to crack. Just a thought, don't know if it will work or not.
