chip off of bottomof boat ???

I have a chip out of the gelcoat on the bottom of my boat where a stick drug up between trailer when loading. I sealed with silicone as soon as I got home & it doesn't leak. What do I need to repair this with??? There are also a few scuffs around bottom of sides of hull that I wouldnt care to touchup also. The hole in bottom is about 1.5 inches around. Fiberglass is in great shape. Hull is grey in color. Also wouldn't care to bring back the shine to topcap. It's a little faded & looking for a cost expensive way to bring the shine back as it is only in a few places that it's dull. Thanks

The chip in the bottom can be fixed with a product I bought at a West Marine store. I don't remember the name of it, maybe it was marine tec.. It was real simple to use just mix up the powder with water to a thick paste and it looked and acted like fiberglass. It could also be tinted with little tubes of tint available at store. If you have one of those stores near by you can ask where is their fiberglass repair section.
