Grab the phone book and call the auto body shops, another alternative is Line-X spray on bed liner.
Any body shop can do it .

I called a couple of body shops about painting my trailer and the problems is getting the boat off the trailer.

call a marina or a boat dealer, ask them how much to use their sling and put on foam blocks or a used trailer while being painted, and how much to store the boat for a couple weeks while trailer is being painted
