    Removing scotch brite scuffs

I installed my Keelguard today but may have been overzealous on the scotch brite pad. I have some scuffs above below and beside the keelguard. I tried removing them with wax and Mothers scratch remover but they are still there. How to I restore my gel coat shine by removing the scuffing? Instuctions said pad wouldn't damage or dull paint or gel coat, I beg to differ.

It didn't you did, not to worry though wet sand it with 1500 then 2000 grit paper then buff and wax you'll never see it For future references tape off the outline, then scotch brite!
