    screw hole

How would you repair a screw hole "size #8" in metalflake. It's located on the gunwale.

All things being equal. I`d just put another #8 screw into the existing hole and dab a little paint on the head. Just my .02 cents.

I used the automotive plugs. The ones I used fit into a #8 hole, they are black with a small cap. Can't really notice them once installed. Cost about .25 cents at Lowes in the specialty hardware isle
