    Top Cap Question

I replaced some loose screws in my rubrail this week and noticed that there was a slight gap in between the top cap and the hull towards the bow. Is this a concern or is this common.

    Re: Top Cap Question (unklenew)

I think that you will find that this is common. How big of a gap are you talking here? I'm thinking that it should probably be 1/8" inch or less.

It,s very close all the way from the stern to the rounded part of the bow by the trolling motor. There is is about 1/4".
