Only fuse is the main fuse in the red holder next to the starter. If the motor turned over it isn't the fuse.

Two separate power leads Al, the boat has its own and the motor has another. Go to an Ace/True value/ radio shack and pick up a cheap digital volt meter. You can get one for your needs for less than $20.00. Check the wiring harness back to the motor maybe a bad connection at the plug. Or still a bad switch.

Double check everything you did to replace the motor.

Recheck the connection for the trim motor to the relay boxes. Corrosion is very common there. If OK, then use jumper wires to put 12 volts to the trim motor wires to see if the motor works. If so, then the problem is in the trim circuit wiring or switches.
