i must say that they done me well, called them and they sent samples to me within 2 days, turned around and ordered the carpet and received it within 3 days, not saying anything about it, but maybe theres more to it.
maybe other circumstances are there, maybe the shipment was lost, i mean these things happen, or other factors played a part, i would call them and be respectfull and explain what your situation is and i bet they would be more than helpfull in finding out the problem. but if not then i feel your pain, i have had things like this happen with other purchases i made.

I would love to call except I cannot seem to find a phone no. from the website. The only thing I find is his email address. If you have his phone no., I would love to have it so I can call and straighten this out. I am an understandable person, I just hate being in the dark.
And I never did get a tracking no., my guess is it was never shipped.
i do not have the number handy, but when i get home i will look and see if i can find it for you.
hopefully i can find it in all my stuff.

Please put this guys number on the board here. I'm having the same issue, placed the order on Febuary 17th. Haven't heard from anyone. Sent numerous emails off the website with no response. Looks a great deal...but sometimes things are too good to be true i guess. I have two customers this weekend that are going to be standing on wood in 38 degree tempratures. got to love the midwest weather! Don't think they will be coming back out with me, would you? My boat looks like it sat outside all winter.
