I am suffering the same problem, mine is saturated but not hurt the wood, yet. I am curious as to how you found you have water in them?
Floor is rotten in spots rain & lake water.I have removed about 4 square feet of floor and floatation material.

I checked mine all the way up to under the seats. One side is dry enough but the other is a little too damp to be comfortable with. Otherwise I have mine just about cleaned out from the tansom up to the seats. I saw some design problems on mine I didn't like and plan to change when I start putting it back together. I was wondering what kind of boat your is and what the best way you have found for removing the foam is. I am using a whole saw to check for water, then a sawzall for the wood and then cutting the foam into sections with a drywall saw and popping it out with margerine trowel. Yours sounds a bit more involved than mine and I am sure it is a pain to do. Please keep us posted in how it is coming and any ideas you come up with for making it easier. Thanks for sharing and best of luck. Oh, how far is Rome from Chatt?
i know of nothing to dry it besides removing and replacing..............![]()
