High speed buffers under $100?

Doe's anyone know where I can find a high speed buffer under $100.00?

Every one I find in the 3000rpm range is around $200.00. I'm not looking for a orbital buffer, I'm getting ready to wet sand some oxidation off my top cap,
then buff and wax.

i would spend the money on a decent one..If not you will just get started and the damn gears will strip out on the cheapies.......

Harbor Freight has some, I think for the variable speed one it is around $60. I bought it just to buff a car I painted, and it still works (7 overall cars, 3 boats) later.
