In 12207, you see what is lying underneath the rub rail.
In 12234 you see some spider cracks at the FRONT of the boat on the inside rail.
In 12170, more spider cracks in the BACK of the boat, inside rail.

good pics....looks like the trolling motor has slam dunked the deck and fractured it...(spider cracks)
You need to go to the end of the fractures and use a dremal or die grinder and route them out so they will stop running..
Fracture in the back someone has likely hit a boat dock or the bank with the corner of the boat and broke it...your Transom is definatly bad................
