I have been with them for over a year now and couldn't ne happier with the price and the service.

A little more than a month ago, I purchased a Ranger 521 VX and called to arrange coverage. All was well, then 2 weeks ago, after I tied up the boat at KY Lake during a rapid approaching Wind and Lightning Storm, one of the mooring lines broke apart and the boat was banged around in the dock and suffered some pretty nasty fiberglass gouges... I was sick! This was actally my first time on the water with the boat and I had no idea how much it would cost to repair. The boat was still useable but not nearly as pretty as the day I brought it home.

I went by a local Fiberglass Repair shop to see about getting it fixed and was shocked to hear it would be over $4k... I about fell over!!! The shop suggested I call my Insurance comany so I did.... I called and was immediately assured that they would do all they could to see that I got this looked into quickly.

The Adjuster called the shop and together they worked with photos of the boat and written estimates and within 24 hours, I was told that the boat could and would be fixed and all I was responsibe for was the deductable. I had no hassles whatsoever from the Adjuster and was reassured that he was only a phone call away!

I picked up the boat last Friday and all I can say is WOW!!!......the boat looks great. This morning, I even got a follow call from Bob wanting to know how I was treated and was I happy with everything. I certainly never expected that at all!
