Bob at WWM quoted me a price back on Sept09 and spent 30-45 minutes going over the plan. I elected to wait until my current plan ran out which was 8/18/10. so around mid July I find the old email and forward it back to Bob and ask if he could update it for me. I had the quote a day later and he instructe me to call him when I was ready. So a week before mine expires I give Bob a call, Guess what Bob's on vacation, I am sure a well deserved one, so I talk to one of his associates and go over the quote as well. It was the same service that I received before from Bob. When over every line item and answered all my questions.
Purchased the policy and paid in full (got even more of a discount by paying in full)on 8/17.
