    e tec 250 help..........RUSTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    prop question....2005 Puma with 250 etec..Currently have a Raker 2-28 This combo has a terriable hole shot about 9 seconds and then at 3000 rpms and finally on plane it has temporary blow out to 4000 rpms..this prop was reccomended but does not seem to be right prop??????Also the lower unit has been swapped out to the 225 ho lower unit.......I need some help on this...Thanks in advance.

    What are the wide open RPM's?

    You may want to try a 26 Raker II.

    Try the 26 Raker II, that should get the RPM's up but keep them below 5800.
