Will be near Henrietta, OK...Need lake info!!

I will be staying in Branson, MO for 7 days at Table Rock Lake. My wife wants to visit a friend of hers in Henrietta, OK. I thought I may drag the boat there and drop her off and go sling some baits. What's a good lake around that area that's close and has quick access? I will only have about 8 hours to fish. I will be there the first week of April. Any ideas is apprecicated. Also, if there's a BBC'er that would like to go, the rides on me!! Thanks>>MIKE

Its only 20 miles to the Okemah City Lake. One of the best in Okla. Post over on the BassZone, I can't tell you much about that lake.

Mike I am from Henryetta, you might want to try Dripping Springs lake ,built for trophy bass lake, small lake,big bass and crappie. I am currently in south texas ,south parde island fishing for reds and will not be home until middle of next month or I would be glad to host you. Good luck. Okemah is also a good lake
