Well I am from NJ but going up to 1000 Islands this weekend I,ll let you know how we do. Staying at cabin in Lake of the Isles. Water is low from what owner told me but this time of year that,s normal. Hopefully we,ll find lots of SMALLIES.

Hi Bernie, I now live on Lake Champlain, can't believe how quite this NY state board is for a big state with lots of good fishing water.

You should just come back to NH for the company.

I stopped by and talked with Chris last week. He said you haven't been fishing as much as you should be with all of the work on the house. If you are back in the area, let me know. I still need work learning to drive my boat. LOL. I had 3/4 of a tank of gas, fully loaded with two people in it on Monday and I got around 71-72mph(GPS). I am thinking of getting my prop blueprinted. Hopefully it helps.

Get down to NH and come catch some fish with us again.

Those are some nice fish Ty, I also see you are doing pretty well in the club standings
Make sure you run the boat and write down all the spec's i.e. rpm, speed, etc. and then send the prop to Mark on the Prop's board. Is your prop running close to the max rpm now? If not tell Mark what you want from the prop. Mark does a great job and has a quick turn-around.

I was planning on driving down and fishing the last tournament with you all, but we're leaving for Florida next Saturday the 14th and have a ton of work to do winterizing the house, packing, and all. Next year I hope you can plan on coming up and do some fishing here on the BIG Pond. In the Spring I need to get some boat docks and want to get a boat lift for the Gambler. I think you guys would have a lot more fun up here fishing the LCI than doing the dam thing.

I fished Oneida Lake last weekend with 13 other guys from my club that is based on SE PA. We had a good time fishing our 2-day Classic (my buddy and I won) but fishing was tough with post-front blue-bird skies and the fish scattered. Still, winning is winning. We fish a 7 fish limit for buddy tournaments and we had 14 fish for 27 lbs. Beats the heck out of our tidal waters right now. We have been so dry you have a better chance catching crabs than catching bass in our local waters.

Re: So Why So Quite (tcesni)

We've needed rain pretty bad up here too, this week was the first rain in a couple of weeks. Crazy weather going from mid 80's to now mid 50's. I guess its time to head to Florida. I've been looking for someone that fishes Chazy Lake, went ATVing in that area last week and was wondering if the lake had any good smallies in it.
