    Swains on the 4th

Could not believe all the weeds in the lake this early. The trailer was just covered. Fishing shallow was also difficult as every cast got hung up on the weeds. Numeroud people were raking their beach areas.

Yup,it's amazing what happens there this time of year.
Pull your trailer out and it looks like a carpet hanging off the crossmembers.

Guys I went there yesterday and had a blast. Caught 13, fished for about three hours. I almost felt like I was in Florida Lilly pady, grass, shallow water, except for the rocks. Caught them on Flukes, Buzz/Spinner bait. Nice lake no one there. 30 min from the house.
