    Other Places to fish

Still looking for some different ponds around my area since the Merrimack is super high right now. I was on bing looking at some different places and wondered if there were ramps at them. First would be Little and Great Turkey Pond on the eastern side of Hopkinton, Penacook Lake is another one in Western Concord, Tower Hill Pond in South Hooksett, and even Dubes Pond in Hooksett, which is smaller and I know has a ramp but there is a house right next to it so I wasnt sure if it was useable or not. I know a lot of you guys fish in this area so I figured maybe some of you guys would know, if not thats cool to, either way thanks for the help, it is much appreciated!

well you can forget about penacook lake, that is the city of concords water supply and there is no fishing allowed, turkey pond has a ramp its rough but depending on what you have for a boat you should be able to get in

Russ and I are planning to hit Massaseecum on Sunday. Most of the lake is open. I drove by today and the small patch of ice to the north was rolling with the waves. Water level is really really high and will be needing boots to launch. Maybe we'll see you there.

I'm going to have to hit this place sometime this summer, it's an easy drive from my house.

Re: Other Places to fish (Snover)

Turtletown in East Concord off, I think exit 17!

Turkey has a bitch of a luanch off Rt.13 but has some big fish! Launch is on a beat up dirt road about an 1/8th of a mile from Rt.13.

Pleasant lake is a nice clear lake with both greenies and brownies! Good launch and parking. Get there early. I like it there for spawning fisies!

Geness Pond is also around. Only heard about it. Never fished it. But, that may change. I am only 15 minutes away from it now. 15 minutes to Northwood, Geness and Pleasant!

    Good luck with your searching!

Jeness has some good fish for such a small pond.
    The parking is pretty limited.
    Best for a mid-week fish.

I wonder what would happen if you (Capt. Crazy Weather) and Paul(Capt. Calm Weather) were to fish together on Massaseecum.

THAT WOULD MAKE FOR A FUN WEATHER DAY!!!!!
