89 exits 9 to just before 14 are horrendous ! I've left the house for the gym ( exit 13 ) about 300 yards going north where their was dry roads and sun it changes to blizzard conditions and plow trucks out with cars off the road. Once you get to exit 15 the roads are dry and the suns out again, go figure
