Yesterday the legislature voted to take $700,000 out of the Navigation Fund. This is money that is raised through boat registrations. $500, 000 came from the Statewide Public Boat Access Fund, which builds public ramps across the state. Don't hold your breath for any new ramps in the near future. AND DON'T FORGET THIS BS MOVE WHEN IT IS TIME TO VOTE IN NOVEMBER. Among those to blame i clude Marjorie Smith (D-Durham) who chairs the House Finance Committee

Notwithstanding RSA 6:12 and any other law to the contrary, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2010, the department of administrative services shall transfer funds from the following accounts or funds maintained separately on the books of the state to the general fund in the following amounts:
