    Heading to Cobbo

I should be there about 1400-1500 hours tomorrow. Looks like the weather will be perfect for Cobbo. WET!!!! Should be back before the week is out.

Re: Heading to Cobbo (NH Phil)

Just got back from Cobbo. Saw Mac. Got a 4 and 2 3's. Turned him on to a new spot. Friday was like the friday during the Rally. Temps in the 50's and 25 mph winds. Showers on and off. Today was beautiful!

    Re: Heading to Cobbo (KevinP)

It was a ghost town up there. I did manage to run into Kevin while I was there.
Made it back today and it was tough to leave.
Friday... Got there late and didn't really have a chance to get out.
Saturday... I managed to get out for about 2 hours before headig to the Oxford Fair(last day of the fair).
Sunday... I snuck out for a couple of hours again and got rained on and the fog was pea soup. As the day went on, the weather got worse.
Monday. Spent the entire day on the water. We had white caps everywhere we went. We got in at 1500 hours and went back out at 1730. The winds calmed down a little but it was still pretty strong.
The fishing was pretty good. I only caught about 10 bass the whole time I was there but I did get Sarah to boat a couple of nice ones. I even saw an 8+ Northern roll on my spinnerbait but it never took it.
We would have stayed for a week but Sarah has to work tomorrow. We will no doubt do that again next year. It was like we had the whole lake to ourselves.
Kevin did show me a real nice ledge to fish but the weather was too brutal to even conside going there. I'll have to try it in the spring. thanks Kevin.
