Thanks Jazz....I'm still here in snowy cold NH. Our house contract here fell through, and we're struggling with financing down there. We're having trouble convincing the bank that we're able to carry two mortgages until we sell this in the spring.

Come hell or high water, we've gotta move by 1/1 though. No job for the wife here, and she's got one waiting down there.

On a better note...I gave Jennifer my canoe, and I'll convince her that she need to go fishing with ya next year. Just don't let her beat you like she beats me- she's such a gracious winner.

I keep trying to get her to come on here and post. I know she reads from time to time- although she hasn't mentioned this thread, so.... I'll keep working on her- she now knows that Jazz isn't this cute little cuddly old man

Things look to be coming together a little bit. We had to give up the contract on the house down there and have to find a new one and close by Jan. 1, so it's going to be tight. We've found one and are working on it now, put in an offer yesterday. It's a house that the owners had begged us to buy before we got the contract on the first one, so it should work out. Keep , because this is getting stressful!!!!
