    NH BBC T Selection

Lets find out where we all want to have our days on the lake. We can try and narrow down the long list later on.
This is just an idea and really doesn't have to be a concrete plan. Add your choice if I omitted it.

I'll see you on the water.

Threw Massabesic in there and wanted to add Waukewan but couldn't. Depending on the size of this we could throw in some great smaller waters also.Mac , I'll be moving to Washington in the spring with access to Ashuelot if your interested

Re: NH BBC T Selection (Jazz)

I drive by that little general store(in Washington) every morning on my way to work. My friend also lives in the Aschelot Estates. I've never fished that lake but would be willing to give it a go. I like to fish Highland and Franklin Pierce as well. Next year I will most definitely go to the Bennington Bog (Power Mill Pond)

I didn't put Massabesic up there because the odds on us getting it after Dec.1st are highly unlikely. I'm partial to the Conn. River. I seem to have good days there but someone usually has a better one than me. I also didn't fish one river this season and that won't happen again.

    See you on the water.

You'll have to give me your friends name. Get some info on the lake Powder Mill, I fished years ago with Gary Clark. Dangerous with the dark water and underwater stumps that you can't see. Saw 2 people returning under trolling motor power

I'm familiar with Bennington Bog. If I could take off my motor the days I fish it...I would. I'd have to be crazy to fire up on that puddle. It is a great fishery though.

Lees Mills would be a good choice on Winni.

If I'm around here next year Mac, I'd sure like to fish the Bog, love that place. As far as Massabesic goes, its not up to the state, its up to the water board and they only allow 6 tournaments a year there. That is if your talking tournaments. Its a bit of a hike, but also love the Conn river out of Charles town.

Re: NH BBC T Selection (Roneichler)

Well we figured we could pick 3 or 4 sites, then get the dates. But with the overwhelming response......we might just as well say hey were going to meet at......

Re: NH BBC T Selection (Roneichler)

I still haven't voted on a spot yet. I will be voting for the either the Merrimac or the CT. Rivers.

This was probably a little early to start but it got people to post. I know that I'll need to know the days we plan on having this around March so I can make sure that I'm not working those days.

If you don't have a permit list in most places will be hard to get. Massabesic, too many rules, can't start to 8AM, can't touch the water, 35mph, etc. Merrimack River 6mph. Connecticut river out of Charlestown is far, but great fishing. Lee's Mill is also good. I would say Squam, but forget it unless you want a permit for the middle of the week.
