Had a very Awesome Day fishing with freind. Caught just over 20 fish in 8 hours of fishing with several nice 4-5lb class fish.
Watrer temp was around 72.5-73.2 in spots & 74 in NE corner of lake. Wind blew 15-20 mph in Am then let up. Had slight rain come through & slowed bite down but didn;t stop em cold from hitting Frogs

Were ya throwing in all that thick stuff back in the "pantlegs" areas? I'm thinking about heading down next week but I'm not too impressed with thier 25 miles detour to get thier on Hwy 50!!
Yes we were in the middle of it a couple times but most fish were coming of patchy areas around lake. Have a stout rod & 30+lb braid on. as far as hwy 50 being closed........just go through Auburn & across hwy 4....you won;t know the difference from Omaha
actually I'm oput in Millard abt 3 blocks off hwy 50 so its quite a bit out of the way but ur report sounds like it may be worth it! Thx for the info and I'll prob see ya down there one of these days! Tony
