Lake of choice for the holiday week?

So what is everyones lake of choice for the holiday weekend/week?

I will spend the weekend on Pokegama in Pine City and next week hit Minnetonka several times.

I'm excited to hit Tonka, I haven't been on since bass opened.

How was fishing? I've been out there every day this week. It's been spotty for me, very inconsistant. Seems the bite changes every day a little.

I remember, you don't see too many of those boats around here. He had commented that he should have got the 300 on his, I offered to trade. I have been looking for a pair of 225's, I would like to pull my single off and go to twins.
How did he do Friday? I forgot to ask him if he was interested in racing his boat, he mentioned he liked to go fast. We have some races coming up that are 1/4 mile drags, mostly Allison’s and Hydrostreams running. Its a great time. They have 4 different classes so the competition is usually well matched. He should come give it a try.

It was my first time on Tonka this season actually fishing and it was slow start. By about 11am I finally found the right bait and hammered them for a good hour or so and hung it up after that. All were big fish and one right after another. I don't think I've ever had a run of fish that size. I'm heading out tomorrow evening to see if I can repeat.

The bite sucked tonight for me. The wind was pounding the spots I had all of my luck in this weekend, and I couldn't hit them with the plastics. Didn't matter because as you said the bite seemed like it changed. I went pike fishing as well and only put one in the boat.
