Upper Chesapeake - Weed Growth Status ? Height, Density ? Water Clarity/Temp ?

Hello, i will be fishing next week and wanted to ask you guys what the weed beds look like for this next week ? I've never fished Chesapeake before and just wanted to know if the weed beds are topping surface at low tide and same question for high tide ? Is it frog season yet down that way ? How dense are the weeds ? I'd appreciate any help on this so i can envision what i'm coming into for next week.

Last weekend I was coming up with some weeds(coontail) but it was no where close to surfacing. Water temps were 49-52 around the northern flats area. I would say you are no where close to frogg'n on heavy grass.

I'll be there too for the BASS Northern Open. I'm fishing as a co-angler. Never been to that section of the Bay, but I am thinking the bite will probably be pretty good.
