Evinrude Info needed for 2 motors

I'm currently looking at two different boats with two different rude motors... any help you guys would be able to give would be greatly appreciated!

2002 Evinrude 250:
MODEL # E250FPZSIF
SER # G 04934604

I believe a 2003 Rude 250:
MODEL # E250FPZSRM
SER # 05041491

I can't look up the history but it looks by the model numbers that those are a 2001 and a 2004.

And 30" shaft motors too.

Motor #1 is an 01 and has had some issues under warranty: gear case and shift rod replaced, temp sensor replaced, stator replaced, starter replaced and oil pump replaced.

Motor #2 is an 04 and has had some bigger issues Fuel manifold replaced, two reed boxes replaced, a port fuel injector and two power heads replaced.

Warranty has expired on both units.

I think I'd keep looking.
