Conditions: Overcast, Windy

I fished the Cambra Neck/ Route 13 Bridge area. The best techniques were with rattletraps along the rocks and outside the grassline. I also flipped a black/blue Lunker Lure Jig and got some good bites on that. The grass is dead, but is still there. The fish were there, but it was a hard day of fishing with the winds (whitecaps were present). Lots of crappie fisherman were at the Cambria Neck bridge.
