Cotee river in Central FL ????

Hello ,
i just moved to Central Florida from Washington State.
I got a house with my own private dock right on the Cotee river
(i believe locals call it).Im curious to know if any of you guys
fish this river ?I havent purchased a boat yet so i have been limited
to just fishing from my dock.Im curious to know what the Bass population
is like on this river.I have been mainly catching Redfish on bass type lures
and have not caught any bass yet.Does anyone have any info on this river or
experiance fishing it ?

Im not sure where fresh water starts on that river. I know the area around Perine Ranch looks good. The best place around you is Tarpon.

Hey do you know of any decent used Bass Boats For Sale in this area around the 4k and under price range ?
I been checking the classified's and craigs list for about 3 months now and havent found anything.
Seems when i do no one ever returns my calls or emails.
